You can check or change your nominated pharmacy using any of the following methods:
- NHS App: log in and check under Your Health, View and Manage Prescriptions, then Your Nominated Pharmacy
- Your Pharmacy: ask your pharmacist to check and update your nominated pharmacy
- Your GP Practice: contact your GP surgery to confirm or change your pharmacy details
Managing your child's prescriptions
Parents and guardians can access and manage their child’s prescriptions through proxy access in the NHS App.
Benefits of EPS
- Smoother prescription process: no need to collect paper prescriptions.
- Faster and more secure: reduces waiting times and the risk of lost prescriptions.
- Flexibility: prescribers can issue prescriptions from any location.
- Convenience for patients: prescriptions go straight to the nominated pharmacy for collection or delivery.
