The Oral Surgery department is a specialist team within the dental division, providing care for patients with conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, face and neck.
We diagnose and treat a plethora of oral surgery conditions for both adults and children at several sites across Birmingham.
We have a large dynamic team and all our treatments are consultant led. The department works closely with other dental specialities to provide multidisciplinary care.
The Birmingham Dental Hospital is a teaching hospital and occasionally, some consultations or treatments may be carried out by dental students of the University of Birmingham under close supervision.
We offer several treatment modalities to cater for anxious patients.
