Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) are a partnership initiative bringing together professionals from health, care, and voluntary sectors to deliver coordinated, preventative care across Birmingham and Solihull. Integrated Neighbourhood Teams operate under the governance of NHS Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care Board (ICB), alongside participating organisations, including NHS Trusts, Local Authorities, General Practices, and voluntary sector providers.

We comply with the common law duty of confidentiality by ensuring that your personal information is only shared where:

Where the processing of identifiable personal information is for individual care purposes, a patient/service user’s consent to such shall fall under the Common Law Duty of Confidentiality and can be "implied where it is informed." Therefore, explicit patient consent is not needed to share patient information.
All staff handling your personal information are subject to strict confidentiality agreements and professional codes of conduct to protect your privacy.
