What are our priorities?
This page forms part of our Freedom of Information Act Publication Scheme. It tells you about information that we publish routinely about "what are our priorities and how are we doing". Please also refer to other sections of our Publication Scheme, which are listed at the bottom of this page.
Annual Report
- Our Annual Report outlines progress against our main targets and priorities. This is available from the Annual Reports section of this website.
Annual business plan, mission, vision, values and objectives
- Our annual business plan (including mission, vision, values and objectives) is approved every year by the Trust Board. The Trust Board Papers contain all the information discussed on a monthly basis.
- Our Values are Caring, Open, Respectful, Responsible, Inclusive: vision, values, and strategy.
Performance against targets
A summary of performance against key targets is provided every year in our Annual Reports.
More detailed progress reports are presented to each meeting of the Trust Board in the Performance Report. These are available from the Board Reports section of the website.
Information about a wide range of performance issues is also available from other publicly-available data sources.
- A wide range of performance and activity data is available from the NHS Information Centre.
Infection prevention and control
- Regular updates on MRSA bacteraemia and C diff cases diagnosed in the Trust are included the Integrated Performance Report. These are available from the Trust Board Papers section of the website.
