If you are waiting for a new or a follow up appointment and you are concerned about your child’s health, or if there has been significant deterioration in your child’s behaviour, please contact your GP, call 111 or 999 if an emergency.

If you have concerns about your child's health, then your GP may be able to help with specific health concerns.

If you don’t have a GP, use the NHS website to locate the nearest one to you.

If a parent, carer or professional is concerned, you should seek advice from your child’s education provider. If your child is not in education, you can contact your GP or the Health Visiting Service (if your child is under five):

Our patients and their carers and families are the reason we're here, so we want to hear your views about the Trust and our services.
