Children's Occupational Therapy Advice Line: New Interpreting Service

presentation

On average, the OT service takes around 100 calls a month. The support provided covers a range of issues which impact upon a child's activities of daily living at home and school.

The service has recognised that this offer was not inclusive of all families where English was not their first language.

The OT service is pleased to announce that they have launched an interpreting telephone advice line, available from 9am-4pm Monday -Friday.

Families can be directed to our web page for details on how to access this phone line: https://www.bhamcommunity.nhs.uk/child-ot-advice-line or scan the QR code below for further details:

Our patients and their carers and families are the reason we're here, so we want to hear your views about the Trust and our services.
