2023/24 Quality Report - Page Turning Events

People talking to each other

A draft of Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Quality Report will be made available for staff and members of the public for review and comment via several page turning events. This is our opportunity to highlight all the great work we have done in the last twelve months, and responded to our challenges and so should be a celebration as well as a narrative.

The Quality Report is laid out in five sections:

  • Section 1 – Quality Overview including Statement from the Chief Executive, information about the Trust and our Quality Priorities 202-23
  • Section 2 – Our Quality Priorities and Statements of Assurance
  • Section 3 – Review of Quality Performance
  • Section 4 – Achievement Stories
  • Section 5 - Statements from External Bodies/Organisations

Page Turning events are being held on the following dates:

  • Monday 29th April 12:00 – 14:00 via Teams
  • Tuesday 30th April 10:00 – 12:00 Room G05, Ground Floor Priestley Wharf
  • Wednesday 1st May 13:00 – 15:00 via Teams
  • Thursday 2nd May 9:30 – 11:30 Seminar Room Moseley Hall Hospital (MHH)
  • Friday 3rd May 9:00 – 11:00 via Teams

Please email Clinical Governance bchc.clinical.governance@nhs.net indicating which date you would like to attend, and you will be sent the Teams login details or face-to-face invite for the page turning events. Please note that we are limited on numbers for the face-to-face events.

As it is required to have year-end data there is still some data currently being verified after year end and articles are still being received.

Once comments are received, the Quality Report will also be reviewed for language, format and accuracy prior to going to print.

Our patients and their carers and families are the reason we're here, so we want to hear your views about the Trust and our services.
